A little bit about us

Building Bricks @ Hunsley Primary is a safe and nurturing wraparound environment where children are empowered through child-led experiences to relax, explore, play freely, take appropriate risks, and feel respected, valued, and supported before and beyond the school day.

Located on a newly built housing development in Brough, we provide Wraparound provision for the children who attend Hunsley Primary school. We offer breakfast and after school clubs which operate each day of the week.

Children are provided with a variety of breakfast cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurts and after school with a light snack such as breadsticks, biscuits, yoghurts and fresh fruit. Parents may provide their own breakfast and afterschool snacks if they choose. Only milk or water is provided. Children from reception age upwards attend and we have use of a designated modular classroom and use of other areas in the school for smaller groups of children, such as the Hall and Library.

Space at both clubs is limited and a waiting list is in operation for both breakfast and after school club sessions.

Meet the Building Bricks @ Hunsley Primary Team

All our staff team are DBS checked and have qualifications and experience relevant for working with Pre-school children. Staff are committed to ongoing training; attending courses run by the East Riding of Yorkshire Education Department, other professional bodies and in-house training. You are very welcome to look at our qualification certificates.
